Let's open with the fact that I have very little respect for realtors in general. In my (unfortunately) vast experience, many are part-time, have minimal training/experience, no business acumen, zero communication skills and will say or do anything to get the deal. I’m guessing it would do the industry a tremendous service to cull the herd by about 70%. Anyway, I met Nathanael while looking at a property about six years before actually completing a transaction. It’s reasonable to assume that most (intelligent) people in his position would have “cut bait” and moved on to something more lucrative. He must have toured us through dozens of homes over those years (we often selected sites upwards of 40 miles away just to test his commitment) until we found exactly the right thing. At one point, I don’t know when it was exactly, my wife and I actually ramped up our efforts to move, almost entirely due to a sense of obligation! Anyway, we got the home we wanted for what we consider to be an exceptional value (his objective and informed perspective placed a lower value on the property than we did) and sold our home for more than we expected. Every resource he brought to the table met the same standard and I cannot fathom how either transaction could have gone better for us. Lastly, it’s important to note that all parties concerned (seller’s agent on our purchase, buyer’s agent on our sale, our banks…everyone) unanimously praised our agent (and team) for his professionalism and attention to detail. There may be some great realtors out there but I will personally guarantee there are none BETTER that Nathanael Hasselbeck.

Nathanael Hasselbeck is unique, in my experience, in his field. Whether its finding someone to help you pack up your house in short order to stage it the way you wish, or finding someone quickly to fix quirky items; keep light bulbs bright, make sure your dog is happy when the house is being shown, and make the process as easy as it can be on your family, he is the only one I would choose. His influence and impact doesn't end when the sale is closed, he looks forward to being the one to show your children their first house when they are grown, or to make sure that the next place you land is right. He takes the fear out of tough markets, and during my sale process found me the most amazing rental when there were none to be had. Even as I am now settled, and the house is sold, when my garage door doesn't work or I don't know where to find a resource, he is always there to lend a helping hand, take the emotion away so I can focus on my own life ahead; my business, my family, my children, my future. As I look back now on what was a really big move, a lot of effort, an interesting market; he made it happen when I was all tired out. I look forward to working with him in the future, but luckily you don't have to wait until then unless you want to. He is a family guy, raised with values that are unique in a cutthroat industry, and at the end of the day, we should all want those values representing us.
